Role Purpose
The Chief Growth & Experience Officer (CGXO) is a senior executive responsible for driving sustainable, scalable growth by aligning customer insight, experience design, brand, and go-to-market systems into one coherent engine.
This role ensures that how CHAOS grows is fully aligned with how it is experienced—by customers, partners, and the market.
You lead the Growth & Experience function, ensuring it operates as an integrated system rather than siloed roles. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Brand & Growth, and Commercial strategy, you work closely with the CEO, Product leadership, and Commercial leadership to turn strategy into execution. You define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), prioritize high-impact use cases, and ensure these insights directly guide platform design, positioning, and growth execution.
This is a hands-on, design-led executive role for a visionary leader with deep experience in complex digital products, scalable growth systems, and customer-centric strategy.
Key responsibilities
Customer & Market Strategy
Define and continuously refine ICPs, personas, and priority use cases
Establish a structured customer & market intelligence function
Ensure growth ambitions and commercial targets guide product and experience decisions
Translate insights into:
Clear product vision and roadmap inputs
Prioritized use cases and user flows
Validated growth hypotheses
Value Proposition & Positioning
Own and evolve the company’s value proposition strategy
Ensure consistent, differentiated positioning across:
Product
Brand
Marketing
Sales
Customer experience
Champion customer value as the foundation of growth
Growth Architecture & Experimentation
Design and own scalable growth systems, not one-off campaigns
Oversee the full customer journey and key conversion loops
Establish a rigorous experimentation framework
Lead monthly growth insight reviews and learning cycles
Brand, Experience & Emotional Design
Own end-to-end customer experience coherence
Define emotional branding frameworks for key audiences
Ensure the brand experience is intentional, differentiated, and resonant
Use design as a core growth lever
Launches, Narrative & Momentum
Design systemized, repeatable launch playbooks
Orchestrate momentum before, during, and after launches
Set quarterly creative and narrative direction
Balance long-term brand equity with short-term growth

Skills & Requirements
Required
Senior leadership experience in growth, marketing, brand, or experience design
Proven ability to build scalable growth systems
Strong strategic and operational execution skills
Deep understanding of customer behavior and conversion psychology
Experience working in fast-growing or early-stage environments
Preferred
Experience with complex SaaS or data platforms
Background in strategic service or experience design
Strong experimentation and analytics mindset
