CHAOS, a Helsinki-based location intelligence platform, has raised €2 million to fuel its expansion across the Nordics and DACH region, and to accelerate the development of its AI-driven decision-making tools for the real estate industry. The tools are designed to improve the intelligent use of data, support business-critical decision-making, and redefine workflows within real estate.
HELSINKI, Finland (November 13th, 2025) CHAOS, the Helsinki-based location intelligence company with a mission to reinvent the global real estate industry, today announced it has raised €2 million in a new funding round. The round includes the company’s biggest investor, Swedish investment company Nidoco, and the Finnish innovation agency Finnvera.
